Dad’s always pinching things from my plate.
The best way to start the day is with a pillow fight, so that the whole family works up an appetite for breakfast. Our ever-changing breakfast buffet offers hot chocolate, coffee and orange juice as well as delicious pastries, honey from local beekeepers, jams from the Alpe Pragas jam maker and eggs from contented farm chickens.
At lunchtime and in the afternoon (12:30 pm-5:00 pm) we serve hot soups, snacks such as mini-pizza or sandwiches, crunchy salads and fruit. There are of course also sweet delicacies from Grandma’s cookbook – and apple strudel, which is a must. A hot children’s meal of their choice is served to our junior guests from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Non-alcoholic drinks for young and old are included at meals. Simply help yourself from the Pino spring – a land of pure luxury.
The highlight of each evening is the delicious 4-course menu of your choice.
Fresh produce of the finest quality, delivered direct from the farm, is transformed into South Tyrolean, Italian or Mediterranean dishes. The salad buffet is a vitamin-rich supplement while there is also a well-stocked cheeseboard.
Not just delicious, but also cooked and prepared with loving care that you can taste. No wonder that Dad sometimes also pinches food from the children’s menu. So I’ll help myself from Mum’s plate while she’s not looking.
Children’s meals (lunchtime at 11:30 am and evenings at 6:30 pm)
To make sure Dad can’t steal anything, kids can also eat with their holiday playmates and carers at the children’s table in the Pino-Land.
We prepare food for babies from fresh vegetables and fruit, with Hipp babyfood products also always available.
In our spacious and stylish bar area Dad can savour a glass of fine red wine while Mum sips a relaxing gin and tonic, taking time for a grown-up conversation.
